01About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BrowserBunny’s website, documentation, browser-testing platform, dashboard, API, and SDK (the "Services"). "BrowserBunny," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the operator identified in the contact section. "You" means the person or organization using the Services.

By accepting these Terms or using the Services where these Terms are presented as the applicable agreement, you agree to them. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

A separate signed agreement or order may contain additional terms. If it expressly conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the subject it addresses. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

02Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18, legally able to enter an agreement, and acting for a lawful professional or business purpose. Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for protecting credentials, API keys, and access to your account, and for activities you authorize through it. Do not share keys publicly, use someone else’s account without permission, or let unauthorized users access the Services. Notify us promptly if you suspect a security incident.

03The service and early access

BrowserBunny helps you describe browser tests, execute them against selected websites and devices, and review results. Features and availability can vary by plan, environment, device, and stage of development.

The marketing website currently describes a coming-soon offering. Displayed features, plan descriptions, and examples are not a promise of immediate availability. Early-access, beta, or preview features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Unless separately agreed in writing, the Services do not include a guaranteed availability level or service-level agreement.

04Testing authorization

Only test websites, applications, devices, and data that you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required from website owners, account holders, and people whose information is included. A public URL alone does not grant permission to automate or test it.

Browser actions can have real effects, including submitting forms, sending messages, changing records, or triggering transactions. Use staging environments, test accounts, and synthetic data where possible. Define the intended scope clearly and take steps to prevent unintended effects before submitting a test.

You remain responsible for reviewing instructions and results and for complying with the target website’s terms, applicable laws, and your obligations to others.

05Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

• Access systems or data without permission, bypass access controls, steal credentials, or probe systems outside your authorized testing scope.
• Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, send spam, commit fraud, or facilitate unlawful or harmful activity.
• Infringe intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights; or submit personal information without an appropriate legal basis.
• Evade rate limits, usage limits, billing controls, account restrictions, or other safeguards.
• Disrupt the Services or other customers, or attempt to extract private information about them.
• Represent test output as a guarantee of safety, security, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, or fitness for a critical use.

Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless you have agreed with us in writing on the arrangements needed for that use. We may restrict a test or account when reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect the Services.

06Your content and ownership

You retain your rights in the instructions, files, website content, and other materials you provide ("Customer Content"). As between you and BrowserBunny, you also retain any rights you have in results generated for your account, subject to third-party rights and applicable law.

You give BrowserBunny permission to host, copy, transmit, process, and display Customer Content as needed to perform your requested tests, provide results, support the Services, and meet legal obligations. This includes processing by infrastructure and AI providers used to deliver the Services. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this permission.

BrowserBunny retains its rights in the software, service design, documentation, branding, and other materials it provides. Subject to these Terms, you may use those materials to access and use the Services. Open-source software is governed by its applicable license.

07AI and test limitations

AI-assisted actions and conclusions can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected. A passing test only reflects the checks actually performed under the conditions of that run. It does not establish that a website is free of defects or suitable for every user, device, or purpose.

Review results and supporting evidence before relying on them. Use your own engineering judgment and appropriate additional testing. BrowserBunny is not a substitute for professional security, accessibility, legal, or other specialized review.

Third-party websites and infrastructure can change, fail, or impose restrictions outside our control. We do not control those services or their content. Their own terms may apply when you interact with them.

08Plans, usage, and payment

Our pricing page describes planned subscriptions measured in minutes of testing. Free allowances and paid-plan limits apply as stated in the offer you select. Annual prices shown as a monthly equivalent are paid as an annual amount; the included testing allowance remains monthly.

Before you purchase a paid offering, the applicable checkout or order must disclose the price, billing period, usage rules, taxes, and any renewal or cancellation conditions. You authorize only the charges you agree to through that process. A pricing-page visit or a preview of a plan does not itself authorize payment.

Where recurring billing is offered and you agree to it, you may cancel future renewals using the account billing controls or by contacting us before renewal. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds and any prorating are governed by the terms disclosed when you purchase and any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Sandbox or test-mode billing is not a real-money purchase. Any move from test billing to live paid service requires a separate, clearly disclosed payment authorization. We will communicate changes to an existing paid plan’s pricing or material billing terms before they take effect as required by law and your agreement.

09Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Ending use does not by itself cancel a paid renewal; use the cancellation process described in the payment section. You may request account closure and handling of your information through the contact details below.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, failure to pay agreed charges, a legal requirement, or a security or abuse risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the issue and give you an opportunity to resolve it. Immediate action may be needed to protect people, data, or the Services.

After termination, your access may end and information will be handled under the Privacy Policy’s retention provisions and any applicable agreement. Clauses that by their nature should continue, including ownership, payment obligations already incurred, and legal limitations, remain in effect.

10Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law and except for an express commitment in a separate agreement, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or that every defect will be identified. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent they may lawfully be disclaimed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrowserBunny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data, arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any mandatory consumer rights. Any separate written agreement may set additional liability terms.

11Changes and general provisions

We may update these Terms as the Services change. The latest revision date appears at the top. Material changes will be communicated with notice and, where required, renewed acceptance before they take effect. Changes will not retroactively alter an already agreed charge or remove rights that applicable law protects.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive it. These Terms and any applicable written agreement describe the agreement concerning the Services.

If a dispute arises, contact us so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive court location. Applicable law determines your rights and the courts available to hear a dispute unless you separately agree otherwise in a valid written agreement.
